In other words, you should only absorb everything in liquid form, but under this “Everything” is understood only as healthy, natural and low-calorie foods.

You can often meet juice diet fanatics; of course, they also practice drinking food. Like kefir diets, green tea diets, ginger diet drink fans, and even the toughest of all are water diets.

If you are a reasonably sane person, you probably understand that a drinking diet cannot be based on smoothies from a famous restaurant, alcoholic beverages, sweet sodas, cocoa, coffee, industrial yogurts and similar products. Strictly speaking, the drinking regimen will be fully respected, however, weight loss cannot be discussed here.

What you can drink as part of your diet

  • Water.With a watery drink diet, you should drink 2 liters of clean, still water a day. But such a technique is very strict and complex, few people can bear it. Since it refers to fasting, it is allowed to sit on it for more than 3 days. The best option for a water-based drink diet is fasting for 1 to 3 days a month, when you only drink water. Also, you should prepare for such a strict drinking diet by reducing the amount of food consumed daily one week before it starts and slowly return to your regular diet.
  • Broth.It can be chicken, fish or beef, as well as vegetables. It must be prepared independently and from natural products, semi-finished products are not suitable). It is allowed to add salt during cooking, you can also add carrots, celery, greens - parsley. It is not advisable to add pepper, it whets the appetite, just like the onion.
  • Dairy productsin liquid form can also form the basis of a drinking diet. If it is kefir, then it is necessarily low-fat, as well as fermented baked milk, bifidok or yogurt to drink without fillers. You can also take as a base milk without fat content more than 1. 5 percent. But it is believed that milk is not well absorbed by the body of adults, so it is recommended to choose fermented dairy products.

It is very convenient to set a schedule for the use of "food", for example, every 2 hours for 1-1, 5 glasses. Or every three hours, a little more. And during breaks, don't forget to drink enough clean water.

How long does the diet last to drink?

The longest known drinking diet lasts about 30 days. Their menu cannot be called lean and ascetic, but all products and "dishes" are used exclusively in liquid form. In the morning: freshly squeezed fruit juices and green tea (naturally without sugar, syrups and jam), closer to lunch - light broths (always the second or even the third) and vegetable smoothies, in the evening - kefir smoothies andproteins, and throughout the day from morning to night - also water in quite impressive volumes.

Do you think that a drinking diet, even if it is maintained only for 4-5 days, perfectly flushes the intestines, eliminates toxins and so-called "food waste" and stimulates the body to use the fat already accumulated at the expense ofcurrent energy costs (since a liquid diet contains relatively few calories when observed correctly).

However, such a long period (20-30 days or more) is rather an extreme variant of a drinking diet. While it is almost certain that no nutritionist will advise anyone to adhere to such a diet (at least outside of observation) for more than 12-14 days.

The most popular "distance" of any diet to drink is 7-10 days.

If you choose low-calorie foods to drink, you drink a small amount of liquid at a time (trust me: if you drink dumpling broth in pots for several days in a row, the desired weight loss is unlikely to occur, although formally no one can blame you for the fact that your diet has not been drinking all this time), you are outdoors a lot and maybe even do sports within a reasonable framework, then in 7 days of the drinking diet you can expect a loss of5-7kg extra pounds.

The most common mistake of those who begin to practice this or that diet is the neglect of the water regime. As you know, with any diet, the result of losing weight by a third depends on whether you drink enough water a day (after all, any metabolic processes in our body occur only in the presence of water). Drinking diets are no exception! even if during meals you do not eat, but drink, this does not cancel the least 1, 5 - 2 liters of still water per day.

Let's remember the simplest variant of a drinking diet: a day in the water. The bottom line is simple: throughout the day, you are only allowed to drink clean, still water. These days are considered fasting days and can be passed once a week or 2-3 times a month. In that for a while, you can drink only water, in unlimited quantities, but not less than 2 liters per day, or spend the day with freshly squeezed orange, grapefruit or apple juice mixed with water in a 1: 1 ratio, while keepingthe water regime - 1. 5yo day. Drinking days like these days in the water gives your body a break from the stress of constantly digesting food. Our digestive system must be cleansed and this process begins during those days of fasting.

You must prepare in advance. Change to a healthy diet the week before. If you are a fan of mayonnaise, sauces, cold cuts and fats, fried and sweet, exclude this food from the diet for a week. A couple of days before the start of the "drinking day" diet eat only cereals, fruits and vegetables. Drink unsweetened beverages during the week and switch to green tea the day before starting your diet. Also drink up to 2 liters of water a day.

You should leave the diet smoothly, gradually adding low-fat foods: first vegetables, fruits, cereals, then low-protein foods, after a couple of weeks, you can gradually return to your usual diet. But again, lean on flour, sweet, greasy products not worth it right away.

After the “drink day” diet, your stomach will shrink and you will begin to eat less and fill up quickly. Therefore, these fast days allow you to reduce your appetite and smoothly switch to a healthy diet. This day you will take 1-2 kilograms overweight.

7-day drinking diet

For a weekly drinking diet, you can lose up to 7 kilograms. As a basis, you can take vegetable, fruit juices, low-fat dairy products, broths. In addition to liquid food, it is imperative to monitor the water: the amount of water drunk per day should be at least 1. 5 l. You can also drink unsweetened green (leaf) tea in unlimited amounts. In order not to fill up on any product, you can alternate the days of the diet. For example:
